Today I hit a milestone that I’m incredibly proud of — 500 Airbnb reviews with a 4.99 overall rating.
When I started LJ Vacation Rentals, my goal was never to become the biggest vacation rental company at Lake of the Ozarks. I wanted to build something more personal — a boutique management company where every property gets attention, every guest matters, and owners know their investment is being cared for.
Three years later, seeing 500 guests take the time to leave a review means more to me than I can say.
A 4.99 rating doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from the little things — clean and well-prepared properties, thoughtful amenities, quick communication, attention to detail, and being there when a guest needs something.
And while 500 Airbnb reviews is an exciting milestone, it’s only part of the story. Across our booking platforms, LJ Vacation Rentals has now received more than 650 guest reviews, while continuing to maintain exceptional ratings.
I’m incredibly grateful to our guests who choose to stay with us, return year after year, recommend us to friends and family, and take a few minutes after their vacation to share their experience.
And to our property owners — thank you for trusting me with your homes. I never take that responsibility lightly.
