Osage Beach is anticipating the arrival of a significant development known as Oasis at Lakeport, a $350 million family resort and entertainment district. The grand opening is slated for summer of 2025!

The resort will feature a variety of attractions, including amusement rides, restaurants, an amphitheater, a marina, and a boardwalk.

The development is expected to generate over 500 jobs and attract approximately 500,000 visitors annually, significantly enhancing tourism in the region.

Top Golf Coming to Osage Beach Area in 2025

“Topgolf” styled golfing recreational entertainment complex is under development at Lake of the Ozarks, just outside Osage Beach. There will be 30 golf bays and a rooftop 9-hole putting green course. The entertainment complex will also include mini-golf, simulators and arcades. They are hoping to draw visitors year-round, as the bays will be heated and shielded from the weather.
